The 1,100 sf unit is located on the second floor of a 1914 building. This is a tall building with lots of character. We completely rebuilt and remodeled in 2019, making sure to add all kinds of fun touches.

the historic st Johns bridge is just 1.3 miles away. Very pretty and highly photographed, and the park below offers lots of grass, a waterfront and a dock you could fish off.
